Job Description

Note: This is a 1-year renewable contract role.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate with various parties to organize and maintain GM's schedule
  • Perform full spectrum of high-level administrative duties including scheduling conference meetings and calls, conduct research and preparing reports
  • Responsible for handling confidential documents, and perform support duties that are highly confidential
  • Regularly interact with other business units which may have tasks that are more complex in nature
  • Review incoming correspondence, initiate reply as appropriate and route matter requiring actions and follow up to ensure actions are completed
  • Set-up and co-ordinate meetings, create agenda and take minutes
  • Department Support Functions
  • Organiser/Planner for department incentive trips/outings/entertainment
  • Ensure department assets are properly maintained
  • Liaise with travel agencies for department staff travel requirements and arrangements

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline (relevant experience preferred)
  • Excellent IT skills, and good with Microsoft Office suits and IT savvy
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Meticulous and good time management ability
  • 2-years of working experience as a showroom concierge or brand reception
  • Previous hospitality or service line experience preferred
  • Basic MS PC skill
