As a Sales Analyst, you lead the design and delivery of scalable, reusable analytics solutions.
Your new role
As a Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Extract, manage, and analyze sales, revenue, and productivity data to support informed business decision-making globally.
- Develop, maintain, and automate BI dashboards and reports enabling sales performance monitoring, planning, and reporting.
- Analyze sales performance by product, segment, lane, and channel to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support commercial planning and forecasting through accurate insights, scenario analysis, KPI tracking, and bottom-up projections.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver sales programs, campaigns, customer allocation, portfolio sizing, and reviews.
- Lead ad-hoc projects, system enhancements, automation initiatives, audits, and strategic initiatives for senior management stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, statistics, or related disciplines.
- 2+ years experience in analytics, reporting, planning, consulting, or sales performance roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with BI tools, managing datasets, data models, database design, and data mining.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI/ Tableau, with automation tools experience advantageous.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills translating complex data into clear, actionable stakeholder insights business.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, Oracle, machine learning concepts, plus communication, project management, proactive, creative mindset.
