Provide full secretarial support to management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Prepare, format, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
Handle phone calls, emails, and visitors in a professional and timely manner
Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) to ensure accurate record-keeping
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field
At least 2-3 years of relevant secretarial or administrative experience

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Independent, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
