Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Maintain full set of accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks to support financial accuracy and compliance
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts to inform business decisions
- Track cash flow and process payments to maintain financial stability
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities to ensure regulatory compliance
- Prepare year-end closing, financial statements, and tax submissions to meet statutory deadlines
Corporate Secretarial Duties
- Manage ACRA-related filings and ensure compliance with statutory requirements under the Singapore Companies Act
- Prepare and maintain company statutory registers and records for accurate corporate governance
- Assist in drafting directors resolutions and annual filings to support board governance
- Coordinate Annual General Meetings (AGM) and other corporate matters to ensure smooth corporate operations
- Ensure ongoing compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed to facilitate business functions
- Assist with documentation, filing, and internal coordination to maintain organized records
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB
- Familiarity with Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations
- Good communication skills in English Mandarin proficiency is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- ACRA-qualified Corporate Secretary certification preferred (helps but not essential to perform core duties)
