We are seeking a meticulous, proactive, and reliable Secretary - Backend Operations to support the day to day coordination and administrative backbone of our growing interior finishing business. This role is central to ensuring every project, payment, follow-up, and customer touchpoint is timely, accurate, and delightful.
You will be working closely with our sales, operations, and studio team to manage internal workflows, schedule updates, payment tracking, customer follow-ups, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Client Reminders: Send out daily WhatsApp reminders for meetings, installations, and studio sessions.
- Installation Coordination: Secure and confirm installation dates with clients ensure all details are accurate and logged.
- Payment Tracking: Monitor first and second payments, send timely reminders, and update CRM records.
- Quotation Follow-Up: Reactivate leads through follow-up messages maintain and update reactivation lists.
- Order & Invoice Management: Prepare, send, and file invoices promptly in the CRM system.
- Client Support & Documentation: Maintain updated records, educate customers on services, and support backend sales processes.
