Daily Operations Management: Coordinate the entire store process from purchasing, inventory, display, and sales to ensure seafood freshness and quality, optimize inventory turnover, and minimize shrinkage.
Customer Service Enhancement: Lead the team to provide professional seafood purchasing advice, handle processing needs, promptly resolve customer complaints, and maintain a stable customer base.
Team Management Training: Responsible for staff recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations, conducting product knowledge, service process, and food safety training to enhance team execution.
Cost and Compliance Control: Develop reasonable pricing strategies to control operating costs, strictly enforce food safety regulations and hygiene standards, and ensure store operations are compliant.
At least 4-5 years of experience required
Available for overtime and shift work
