SEA, Supply Chain Planning Manager (Demand and S&OP)

Overview

Our client is a global reputable MNC in the FMCG sector. They are currently on the lookout to hire for a SEA, Planning Manager to focus in driving S&OP alignment and improving forecast accuracy (Demand Planning). This a managerial position looking to work closely with internal stakeholders from the Commercial & Marketing function.

• Full-time, permanent role
• Flexible working arrangements (WFH flexibility, office in South/Central SG)
• Regional (SEA) + managerial post

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of experience in Demand Planning + S&OP management within Southeast Asia
• 2+ years of direct people management experience
• Hands-on proficiency with Excel + SAP APO
• Experience working in Consumer (B2C) markets (FMCG/Retail/F&B)
• Passion for Demand Planning and stakeholder engagement

Remuneration

9,000 to 12,000 SGD base per month + AWS + VB (negotiable depending on experience and suitability)
