Job Responsibilities

  1. Execute the business strategy by minimizing operational risks and costs while optimizing service delivery, service quality, and profitability across assigned key accounts.
  2. Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and operational commitments are consistently met.
  3. Monitor operational performance indicators and proactively coordinate corrective actions to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
  4. Drive standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement of operational processes, controls, and audit governance frameworks.
  5. Support business reviews, customer value initiatives, and cross‑functional projects, including new customer implementations and system or process enhancements.

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
  2. Proven experience in sea logistics, order management, or key account operations within a freight forwarding or supply chain environment.
  3. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based customer relationships.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage operational performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  5. Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively across teams to support business growth and service excellence.
