Adecco is partnering with a Leading Global Manufacturer in Data Center Solution & Infrastructure
The Job:
- Manage & grow strategic accounts across Southeast Asia, focusing on data center customers within hyperscalers and colocation operators.
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer business goals, driving long-term partnerships and regional expansion opportunities.
- Act as the primary commercial interface between key customers and internal business units, ensuring alignment on solutions, pricing, and delivery.
- Drive the full sales lifecycle including opportunity identification, RFQs, tender management, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities through cross-selling and solution-based selling across power, cooling, and infrastructure portfolios.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer requirements into scalable, energy-efficient solutions for technical data center environments.
- Monitor market trends and customer developments in the data center space, while maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
The Talent:
- Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
- 8 - 13 years sales experience in data center solution, infrastructure and power solution
