About the Role
Drive large-scale sales of the company's Core Banking and Financial Data Analytics solutions to target clients, while building and leading a high-performing local sales team that is both technically savvy and highly ambitious, achieving annual revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively develop banking and financial institution clients across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Greater China, establishing partnerships from 0 to 1.
- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Lead the full sales cycle, including cold calling, needs discovery, pre-sales solution alignment, commercial negotiation, and contract closure.
- Team Leadership (Director Level): Recruit, train, and motivate a local sales team define and track individual and team KPIs.
- Partner Ecosystem: Collaborate with local system integrators, fintech partners, and consulting firms to drive channel sales.
- Market Insights: Capture evolving client needs related to Core Banking and financial analytics, and provide feedback to support product roadmap optimization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years (5+ years for Manager level) in B2B software or IT solutions sales, with at least 3 years directly selling to banks or financial institutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with at least one of the following areas - Core banking systems or Financial data analytics
- Proven Track Record: At least one deal closed with a banking client exceeding SGD 500,000 within the past two years.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English for business communication proficiency in either Mandarin or Cantonese at a working level.
