Scrum Master

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will work closely with product and business teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will play a key role in facilitating Agile practices, removing impediments, and promoting continuous improvement within cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and Agile principles.

• Identify, escalate, and resolve impediments that hinder team progress.

• Promote continuous improvement through regular feedback and retrospective sessions.

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders.

• Track KPIs and support teams in delivering high-quality solutions on time.

• Coordinate with business users and other key stakeholders.

• Support product management and delivery teams in planning and problem-solving.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master.

  • Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and practices.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC models.

  • Good understanding of traditional project management principles.

  • Proficiency in refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity tracking, and retrospectives.
