Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent.
At least 6+ years of relevant experience.
Work closely with product owners to ensure that product backlogs are well-defined, prioritized, and clear.
Track and report on team progress, velocity, and sprint health to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals, facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
Accountable for establishing Scrum on a team level and scaling our setup on an enterprise level.
Remove any impediments that may hinder the team's progress and help resolve conflicts or issues that arise.
Managing dependencies across multiple interrelated projects/products and managing and reporting the status of the product roadmap and/or project status to support effective decision-making.
Develop and advocate for projects, products, and change artifacts throughout the change lifecycle.
Enable the team to actively own and surface dependencies and risks or escalate in a timely manner.
Responsible for the team's effectiveness, this role involves coaching an improvement culture by focusing on continuous improvements, visualizing and measuring team flow, and ensuring that impediments to the team are quickly removed.
Surfacing up team metrics and helping the team understand their metrics and self-reflect and experiment. Supporting/coaching the product owner in backlog management towards a product roadmap aligning to organizational goals.
Ability to coach and mentor team members as well as stakeholders, remove obstacles, and emphasize teamwork.
