Responsibilities
- Act as a servant leader to facilitate Agile processes and ensure successful delivery of Digital Channel projects, such as RM Portal, Client Portal, and Client Relationship Management solutions.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring team collaboration and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, testers, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions in the private banking domain.
- Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement for the Agile team.
- Ensureadherence to Agile principles and best practices while tailoring frameworks to suit project requirements.
- Track, measure, and report on team performance using Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and resolution of conflicts.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on Agile practices, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards in the private banking sector.
- Support the adoption of digital transformation initiatives within the organization.
Skills and Qualifications
- 12-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master managing complex projects in the private banking domain.
- Proven experience running Digital Channel projects such as RM Portal, Client Portal, and Client Relationship Management solutions.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and practices. Certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the private banking domain, including client relationship management and digital transformation trends.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify risks and dependencies early and drive proactive mitigation strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Experience working with distributed and multicultural teams.
- Experience with implementing or managing Client Portal or RM Portal projects in private banking.
- Understanding of digital transformation in financial services and related compliance requirements.
- Advanced crtifications in Agile practices (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, PMI-ACP).
