One North, a Singapore based firm specializing in providing Technology Solutions is currently hiring CRM Scrum Master - Singapore Citizen / Singapore PR / PLOC holders
The CRM Technology Scrum Master enables Agile delivery for CRM platforms by coaching teams, facilitating Scrum practices, and ensuring smooth execution of CRM initiatives. This role partners closely with Project Manager, CRM developers, QA, integration teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Agile & Scrum Leadership
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for CRM delivery teams (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews,Retrospectives)
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
- Promote a servant-leadership mindset and high team accountability
CRM Delivery Enablement
- Support end-to-end CRM delivery including configuration, customization, integrations, and releases
- Remove impediments related to CRM dependencies such as APIs, data migration, environments, and vendor constraints
- Ensure sprint goals align with CRM roadmap and business priorities
Stakeholder & Product Collaboration
- Partner with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Business Users
- Facilitate backlog refinement, story readiness, and dependency management
- Translate business priorities into executable Agile delivery plans
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure CRM delivery complies with enterprise standards (security, data privacy, audit, regulatory needs)
- Support release governance, change management, and CAB processes where applicable
- Proactively surface delivery risks, technical debt, and cross-team dependencies
Metrics & Continuous Improvement
- Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, capacity, burn-down, flow efficiency)
- Drive improvements in CRM delivery predictability and quality
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting CRM or enterprise application teams
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum and SDLC
- Hands-on exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience managing dependencies across integration, data, and platform teams
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or regulated environments
- Knowledge of CRM integrations (REST APIs, middleware, event-based systems)
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, SAFe SM)
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence
