Job Description

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Promote agile methodologies and ensure adherence to best practices within the team.
• Remove obstacles that hinder the progress of the team's deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
• Monitor and report on project progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure clear communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Support the team in identifying and implementing process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Scrum Master should have:

• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience in facilitating agile teams within a technology environment.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
