Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate core Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Monitor sprint commitments, team velocity, delivery performance metrics, risks, and inter-team dependencies.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve delivery impediments while actively managing cross-team dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and release readiness artifacts.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, vendors, architects, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure aligned execution.
  • Create and maintain delivery dashboards, status reports, and management-level reporting.
  • Support release planning, environment readiness, deployment coordination, and go-live activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Scrum Master or Project Coordinator.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile and Scrum delivery practices.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Proven strength in delivery planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience working within insurance or financial services domains.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation or enterprise programs.
  • Familiarity with SAFe or other enterprise-level Agile frameworks.
