Scrum Master + Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master & Business Analyst hybrid professional to lead Agile delivery and drive requirement gathering activities for a global project. This role requires strong collaboration with US-based teams, excellent communication, and deep understanding of Agile practices.

**This opportunity is open to candidates currently based in Singapore due to onsite project requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retros, etc.)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable User Stories
• Ensure smooth coordination across global teams, especially US time zones
• Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes
• Support the team in identifying and removing delivery roadblocks

Must-Have Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)
• Certified DevOps Foundation
• Strong experience inrequirements collection & user story creation
