Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple modernization workstreams and enable high-performing Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Maintain and govern Jira boards across multiple modernization initiatives.
- Remove impediments, manage cross-team dependencies (onshore/offshore), and escalate risks and blockers.
- Track and report sprint metrics such as velocity and burndown to drive predictable delivery.
- Partner with the Product Owner on backlog refinement, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, and cutover readiness, including communications and knowledge transfer (KT).
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and Agile best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile metrics
- Proven ability to manage dependencies across distributed teams
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
