The Personnel must possess at least the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
at least GCE O Level qualification
Able to use basic Microsoft applications
Comfortable interacting with visitors and students
Capable of recording incidents and providing basic first aid
The Personnel must have at least 5 years of administrative experience.
Key Roles
Provide concierge services, including handling phone calls and attending to walk-ins (students, parents, members of the public, and stakeholders)
Use messaging apps to communicate event updates and reminders to parents
Check the generic email daily and forward messages to relevant officers within a specified timeframe
Record and distribute incoming correspondence upon receipt
Monitor and track inventory of articles, and submit records to the Assistant Manager for end-of-term verification
Contact parent volunteers to confirm their attendance for school events and activities
Perform general administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and document preparation
Print monthly attendance records for CCA instructors and contract staff
Save transport approval forms (from FormSG) to a shared folder
Act as the ad-hoc bus booking coordinator for student external activities, including monthly verification of ad-hoc school bus payments
File documents such as bus booking forms
Record student injuries during school hours using the Unwell/Injured Student management system, and render first aid to students (e.g., providing plasters)
Assist in packing learning resources (e.g., booklets)
Carry out other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor
