This advertisement is recruiting for the position of School Receptionist.
If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE primary school located in Bedok North .
Contract Period: from 01 November 2025 to 31 December 2026.
Option to Extend: for a further period of 1 year.
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours :
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break.
- Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00 pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break.
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
The services required are set out as the follows:
- Handle front desk duties which includes attending to all enquiries i.e. phone calls, emails, deliveries and walk-in guests, visitors and students etc.
- Attend to sick and injured students and informing parents where required.
- Provide support in administrative work that includes handling lost & found, sorting of documents, filing, data entry,etc.
- Provide admin support in school events and exercises such as P1 Registration, P1 Orientation, Temperature Taking Exercise etc.
- Any other administrative tasks assigned by Administration Manager and School Leaders.
- Maintain confidentiality of all school staff and pupil information.
Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- At least 3 years experience in similar receptionist/administrative duties
- Minimum GCE N Level
- Prior experience working in a Primary School setting is preferred.
- First Aid knowledge is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Proficient in the use of email communication
