Personnel to be deployed for morning shift:
. Mondays to Fridays: 6:30am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
1 Personnel to be deployed for the afternoon shift
. Mondays to Fridays: 10:00am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
. General Housekeeping
. Carrying and arranging tables and chairs for examinations
. Provide logistical support for School events and activities
. Supervising contractors carrying out works in the School
. Opening of classroom before School starts every morning
. Locking and securing the School after closing
. Any other duties assigned by the School management
Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor's Personnel
The Personnel should have the following qualifications and skills:
. Minimum pass in at least 1 PSLE (Primary School Leaving Examination) subject or equivalent
. Able to converse in basic English
. Be competent to handle the tasks and responsibilities assigned by the School. The Personnel should preferably have one (1) years experience in mainstream school operations.
