Working hour

• Mon to Thur: 7 am to 4 pm
• Fri: 7 am to 5pm

Key Roles

• Coordinate and monitor maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, offices, labs, sports facilities, and common areas

• Conduct regular inspections to identify defects and follow up on rectification works

• Maintain emergency preparedness exercises inventory

• Supervise cleaning contractors to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Monitor pest control, waste management, landscaping, and environmental services

• Conduct regular inspections and address operational feedback

• Perform minor ad-hoc repair works within school premises

• Security control at school foyer during school days and events

• Any other ad-hoc operational duties assigned by OM/AM and School Leaders

Requirements

• At least 3 years working experience

• Able to multi-task and good team player
