[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]

The Associate Lecturer for Hospitality & Tourism Management will contribute and deliver modules or courses in the following areas to PET students:
. Customer and Tourism Analytics
. Sustainability & Sustainable Tourism
. Revenue Optimisation

[What we are looking for]

Qualifications & Experience:
. Relevant academic qualification in hospitality, business, or related disciplines
. At least three years of industry experience in tourism and hospitality, with expertise in one or more areas such as data analytics, sustainable practices, sales, marketing or revenue management

Teaching & Professional Skills:
. Engage and inspire young adult learners through dynamic instruction, fostering understanding by unpacking complex theoretical concepts with clarity.
. Deliver industry-relevant knowledge while upholding high academic standards.
. Exhibit strong attention to detail and ensure timely completion of responsibilities
. Possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Availability:
. Able to commit to at least two weekday classes during the semester (Apr - Aug & Oct - Feb)
