[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]

. Conduct research work on the extraction and analysis of food ingredients
. Assist in research and development of new food and nutritional product.
. Collate, analyse and interpret research data.
. Assist in preparing progress reports and presentation.
. Work closely with project leader to fulfil the required deliverables of the project.
. Perform any other duties assigned by the project leader and co-project leader.

[What we are looking for]

. Relevant qualification in biotechnology/food science/nutrition or any other related science disciplines
. Passionate in food-related research
. Good interpersonal skills and a self-motivated, good team player in a teamwork environment.
. Proficient in IT skills
. The successful candidate will be employed on a contract basis.
