[What the role is]
Lecturer will undertake curriculum development and delivery of diploma-related modules as well as be involved in applied science-based research projects. Candidates should possess relevant work or research experience in the Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry.
[What you will be working on]
- Teach relevant subjects in pre-employment and continuing education training programmes
- Lead or participate in consultancy and research projects
- Design and develop course materials for pre-employment and continuing education training programmes
- Supervise students for projects
- Mentor and assist in tracking students academic and non-academic performance
- Partake in administrative duties related to the diploma course or within the school
- Deliver planned curriculum to adult learners on scheduled weekday evenings or on weekends and participate in assessment activities
[What we are looking for]
- Relevant qualification in the field of Life Science/Pharmaceutical Science-related disciplines.
- Candidates should possess at least five years of relevant work experience in areas related to Bioprocessing, Quality Control and Assurance, Manufacturing Science and Technology and/or Healthcare Supply Chain.
- Candidates should have strong industry links and exposure, with experience in related sectors
- Candidates should be interested in strengthening the institute's professional network in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing sector
- Relevant experience with Generative AI, Data Analytics and Sustainability will be advantageous.
- Proficient in IT, planning, and organisation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
