School ICT Trainer Jurong East

Working hour

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7 am to 4.30 pm
• Fridays: 7 am to 4 pm

Key Roles

• Manage ICT devices, equipment, peripherals, and gadgets under ICT department

• Provide technical and application support for users

• Maintain and handle shared ICT devices deliver and set up devices in rooms/areas

• Assist school leaders, management, and teachers with ICT-related tasks

• Support and report to HOD ICT, Subject Head ICT, and ICT Manager

• Assist in AV setup for school events (projector, audio, notebook)

• Assist in audio and video production when necessary

• Provide technical support for non-SSOE devices and ALP ICT/Robotics equipment (testing, counting, reviewing, charging, packing)

• Conduct Digital Literacy and Technological Skills lessons (Microsoft, Google, ICT/video-related) for students

Requirements

• Minimally a Diploma in any field

• At least 1 year of working experience

• MOE registered

• Knowledge in troubleshooting and technical support of ICT devices
