School Counsellor (Part Time @ Hillcrest Road)

Job Description:

-Conduct counselling sessions for students who have made appointments as well as drop-in cases able to provide and sustain consistent quality service with close monitoring and professional follow-up of cases

- Facilitate meetings with HOD Student Development and to provide timely updated information on student counsellees to HOD Student Development (monthly)

- To prepare the relevant documents, and meet HOD Student Development to update him on the progress of AT-RISK/HIGH RISK cases as well as whenever a case is deemed closed (monthly)

- To prepare for and participate in Case Management Team meetings, and take the necessary follow-up actions as discussed

- To regularly monitor and manage the online booking portal for counselling cases (basic training will be provided by the school)

- To collaborate with the relevant stakeholders and assist in crisis management, should the situation arise (throughout the duration of the Contract)

Working Arrangement

Contract Duration: 12 Jan 2026 to 27 Nov 2026

Location: Hillcrest Road

Working Hours:

One full-day (Wednesday., 8am to 5.30pm)

Three afternoons (Monday, Thursday and Friday.,

12pm to 5pm)

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

(24 hours per week)

Job Requirements:

- At least a Degree in counselling

- Registered with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC)

- Case supervision and is receiving ongoing supervision from a trained clinical supervisor.
