Working Hour
- Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays & Friday: 8:00am to 5:30pm,inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Wednesday: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazette public holidays
Key Roles
1. Managing General Office counter
- Attending to walk-in visitors and phone calls
- Handling enquiries from students, parents, and stakeholders
2. Providing basic first aid for pupils with minor injuries (i.e., small cuts, bruises etc.)
3. Managing incoming and outgoing mail
4. Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of:
- General Office
- Reception area
- Storerooms and workspaces
- Sickbay
5. Managing office supplies and stationery distribution
6. Performing administrative duties such as:
- Filing, sorting, photocopying, and shredding documents
7. Supporting logistics and operations, including:
- Packing and distributing materials
- Coordinating deliveries and collections
8. Tracking and replenishing first-aid supplies (General Office and Special Rooms)
9. Performing any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Qualifications
- Completed secondary school education
Skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines
- Takes initiative and is able to work under minimal supervision
- Good team player
- Good organisation skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience
- Personnel should preferably have at least 3 years of experience performing duties
