We are seeking an experienced SCCM Lead to oversee enterprise endpoint management operations across the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for managing Microsoft SCCM / Configuration Manager infrastructure, software deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, endpoint compliance, and desktop management initiatives.
This role will work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, service desk, and project teams to ensure stable, secure, and efficient endpoint operations across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enterprise endpoint management operations using SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager
- Administer and maintain SCCM infrastructure, including site servers, distribution points, and client health monitoring
- Manage software packaging, deployment, and application lifecycle management
- Oversee Windows patch management and security updates across enterprise devices
- Perform OS deployment and imaging for desktops and laptops using SCCM task sequences
- Monitor SCCM performance, compliance reporting, and endpoint security posture
- Troubleshoot SCCM-related issues involving software deployment, client communication, and operating system imaging
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on endpoint hardening and vulnerability remediation initiatives
- Support Microsoft Intune and co-management environments where applicable
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell to improve operational efficiency
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and operational reports
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and support teams
- Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, and technology upgrades
Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SCCM / Endpoint Management administration
- Strong hands-on experience with:Microsoft SCCM / MECMWindows 10/11 administrationOS deployment and imagingSoftware packaging and deploymentPatch managementActive Directory and Group Policy
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint co-management is advantageous
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation

- Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments preferred
