Anagen Scalp, Singapore's first scalp wellness centre powered by regenerative science and advanced technologies, is seeking passionate Scalp Therapists to join our team at Orchard Road (Pacific Plaza).
As a Scalp Therapist, you will perform professional scalp and hair treatments using our medical-grade systems and science-backed products. You will also provide personalised consultations, recommend suitable care plans, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scalp and hair treatments (e.g. Indiba RF, plasma therapy, electroporation, nanohair application, scalp micropigmentation support) according to protocols
- Assess scalp and hair conditions, and recommend customised treatment programs
- Educate clients on homecare routines and product usage
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards
- Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships
- Support centre promotions and contribute to sales of scalp care products and packages
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in scalp, hair, or beauty therapy preferred
- Strong interest in scalp and hair wellness (training provided)
- Professional, service-oriented, and customer-focused
- Good communication skills (English and Mandarin)
