Monitors status of scaffolding projects on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and provide reports to the Construction Manager as per the project reporting procedure
Ensure that Scaffold registers and Scaffold inspections are kept up to date in line with procedures
Liaise and coordinate internally with Clients and Contractors
Discuss and resolve daily problems with his crew supervisors and the construction group to ensure smooth execution of the scaffolding erection/inspection or removal program
Company's safety rules and regulations at site
Supervise workers at site
Identify the type of required scaffolding for the job
Requirements
ITE/CITC certified and at least 5 years experience in scaffolding work
Certified scaffold supervisor and Work at Height approved by MOM
Understanding of current WSHA scaffold regulations, Singapore codes of practice, standard for scaffold
