Savoury Flavourist - Based in Singapore

Description

A global Flavour House is hiring for a Savoury Flavourist based in Singapore. This role supports growing demand across Southeast Asia and contributes to key flavour creation work for savoury applications.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Technical Lead, you will be responsible for creating and optimising savoury flavour solutions across applications such as snacks, noodles, culinary, seasonings, meat etc.. You will work closely with Application Technologists to test flavours in finished products and lead projects from brief to customer presentation. The role involves improving existing flavours for cost, performance and regulatory compliance, collaborating with commercial, sensory, marketing and regulatory teams, and supporting customer visits and technical discussions.

Requirements

The successful candidate brings 5-10 years of savoury flavourist experience. Prior experience in regional projects, especially Southeast Asia is a plus. The individual must demonstrate solid technical depth in savoury flavour creation and matching, strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a regional team environment.
