Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of HR technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across multiple SuccessFactors modules, strong pre-sales experience, and a solid understanding of Singapore HR policies, preferably within the public sector.

What will you do

  • Act as the primary solution architect for SuccessFactors projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR policies.
  • Lead end-to-end solution design across multiple SF modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruitment, Learning, etc.).
  • Drive pre-sales activities including proposal creation, solution presentations, and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SF solutions.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, compliance, and integration with other SAP modules or third-party systems.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Mentor and guide project teams on SF architecture and implementation standards.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 10+ years of experience in SuccessFactors across multiple modules.
  • Proven track record of 710 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore HR policies; experience in Singapore Public Sector is highly preferred.
  • Extensive pre-sales experience: solution design, proposals, and client engagement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in multiple modules is a plus.
