SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager

Job Description

. We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors

. Project Manager to manage complex SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation projects from end to end.

. The role will work closely with clients, HR teams and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.

. The successful candidate must have strong techno-functional

. SuccessFactors experience, client-facing capabilities and proven experience delivering

. SuccessFactors implementations in the Singapore consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

. Work closely with Singapore clients, HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

. Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment and post-implementation support.

. Manage implementation and rollout activities across SuccessFactors/HCM modules. Identify, assess and resolve complex business and project issues.

. Coordinate with regional teams on delivery and implementation activities.

. Provide functional and methodological guidance for testing, training and deployment.

. Oversee software-specific design, realization, testing, release and deployment activities.

. Work across Agile application development, support and deployment environments.

. Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations, timelines and quality standards.

. Support additional SuccessFactors modules and delivery areas as required.

. Contribute to presales activities where required.

Requirements

. Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in a Singapore consulting environment.

. Strong hands-on techno-functional experience in SuccessFactors.

. Proven experience working directly with Singapore clients and HR teams.

. Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.

. Extensive experience across SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation projects.

. Strong functional and/or technical expertise across HCM/SuccessFactors modules. SAP SuccessFactors certification in at least 2 modules.

. Strong knowledge of: Business Analysis

. Gathering Testing Solution Design Architecture Technical & Functional

. Design Implementation & Deployment Experience with post-implementation support and rollouts.

. Presales experience is an advantage.

. Willingness to learn and deliver additional SuccessFactors modules.

. Flexible to work across implementation, support and deployment activities.

. Must be currently based in Singapore and available to work onsite.

. Must be willing and able to travel frequently within Singapore.

. Must be fully vaccinated.
