SAP SuccessFactors Program Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead complex SuccessFactors & SAP HCM implementation projects for Singapore-based clients.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in Singapore consulting
- Strong Techno-Functional experience with Singapore HR teams and client-facing delivery
- Hands-on SuccessFactors & SAP HCM implementation experience
- Certified in at least 2 SuccessFactors modules
- Strong in Business Analysis, Solution Design, Testing, Deployment & Release Management
- Experience across HCM/SF modules and there no in skillslifecycle
- Presales experience is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills
- Must be currently based in Singapore and able to work onsite
- Willingness to travel frequently within Singapore
