Key Responsibilities

. Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (1.0 / 2.0) modules

. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into system solutions

. Manage full project lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live

. Conduct requirement gathering and solution workshops with stakeholders

. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery

. Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues

. Prepare functional documentation and deliver user training sessions

. Lead and guide functional and technical consultants

Requirements

. 3-5+ years of SAP implementation or application support experience

. Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

. Minimum 3 end-to-end implementation projects

. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field

. Experience in conducting workshops and stakeholder engagement

. Understanding of process harmonization concepts

. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

. Ability to work independently and lead project teams

Preferred Skills

. Experience with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central)

. Exposure to integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM

. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
