About the role

• Conduct discovery meetings with customers and writing statements of work & providing best-practice guidance on HR processes.
  
• Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution design for the same.
  
• Design and build low code pro code application and Workzone portals. Automate processes using SAP BTP Workflow.
  
• Provide train-the-trainer, administrative and reporting training to clients.
  
• Collaborate with project/proposal teams and create deliverables with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
  
• Ensure that all standards and processes are adhered to for any deliverables produced.
  
• Perform role as both functional and technical consultant for Workzone. Support project management office if necessary.
  
• Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite. Obtain and sustain all relevant certifications as a Workzone consultant.
  
  

• 4-8 years Overall Experience.
  
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in SuccessFactors in any module.
  
• Completed at least 2 end-to-end implementations in Workzone. Hands on experience using SAP Build Workzone.
  
• Experience working with SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS), SAP UI5, SAP BAS (Business Application Studio).
  
• Experience in building UI Integration Cards, Launchpad Plugins, Content Packages is preferrable.
  
• MBA/ PGDM/ B.E/ B.Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech/ MCA
  
• First class in the entire Academic background. Minimum second class upper.
  
• Certified in SAP Build Workzone
  
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and report writings.
  
• Sound knowledge on various integrations options available for integrating Work zone with SuccessFactors, SAP Systems as well as third party solutions.
  
• Good understanding of SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS), SAP UI5, SAP BAS (Business Application Studio).
  
• Strong understanding of APIs & Webhooks.
  
• Candidate must have good communication skills and be a good team player.
