Lead and/or support end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors (modules such as Employee Central, Payroll, Performance & Goals, LMS, Compensation, Recruiting, Workzone).
Conduct requirement gathering workshops, document functional specifications, and translate business needs into system configurations.
Configure and test SAP SuccessFactors modules to align with client requirements and best practices.
Provide guidance on process design, gap analysis, and change management.
Manage and mentor junior consultants, ensuring quality of deliverables.
Collaborate with global teams on large-scale transformation projects.
Support business development: respond to RFPs, create proposals, and present value proposition to clients.
Ensure project delivery meets quality standards, deadlines, and budget.
Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Experience:
Manager level: 5-8+ years of experience, including at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
