SAP SD/MM/EWM Consultant – Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

• Map and document end-to-end supply chain processes covering planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, warehouse management/EWM, and sales & distribution.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, including URS, user stories, process documentation, and functional requirements.
• Develop the SAP delivery requirements framework using existing KDD/USTO documentation.
• Co-lead workshops with ECS teams and business stakeholders and support project planning activities.
• Track and resolve business-analysis action items and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Perform Fit-Gap analysis across SAP ECC supply chain processes and SAP EWM integration points.
• Support integration and solution design reviews, including functional/technical specifications and design documents.
• Support risk and impact assessments, master-data planning, data governance, and migration/load activities.
• Drive end-to-end UAT activities, including test-script preparation, test-data coordination, scenario execution, defect tracking, and closure.
• Contribute to or lead key project deliverables including PIA, BIA, TIA, Fit-Gap Analysis, RAID, RTM, and UAT documentation.

Key Skills / Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD, MM, and EWM.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC supply chain processes and EWM integration.
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Strong experience in Fit-Gap analysis, UAT, RTM, business workshops, and functional documentation.
• Knowledge of integration between SD/MM/EWM and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Experience with master data, data migration/load, governance, and impact assessments.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Experience working with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and project/program stakeholders.
• Exposure to PIA/BIA/TIA, RAID management, KDD/USTO, and solution/design reviews is preferred.
• Singapore-based / Singapore project experience would be advantageous.
