Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in implementing, enhancing, and supporting SAP SD solutions within S/4HANA and ECC environments. This role requires strong knowledge of end-to-end SAP SD processes and cross-functional integration with MM, FI, and third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD modules.
- Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and deliver appropriate system solutions.
- Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements.
- Map client business processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to meet client needs.
- Design, customize, configure, and test SAP SD solutions.
- Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and resolve software issues.
- Identify gaps, issues, and propose workaround solutions.
- Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
- Proactively recommend business process and/or system enhancements.
- Provide consulting services for new implementations and existing support projects.
- Serve as a bridge between business functions and technical teams.
- Ensure seamless integration with PP, MM, LE, and FI modules.
- Deliver ad-hoc training and user support as required.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP SD implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP SD processes and cross-functional integration.
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA and ECC environments.
- Expertise in designing and customizing SAP SD solutions.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct workshops and interact with stakeholders effectively.
- Strong documentation skills for functional designs and test cases.
- Good communication and client-facing skills.
