Job Summary:

Location: Singapore

We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM Consultant with strong expertise in S/4HANA implementation and migration projects within manufacturing or semiconductor environments. The role focuses on designing and optimizing supply chain processes, supporting end-to-end project delivery, and ensuring alignment with business operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in SAP SCM modules and a deep understanding of manufacturing supply chain processes.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an SAP SCM Consultant.

- Strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation and migration projects.

- Experience working in manufacturing or semiconductor (semicon) industry.

- Solid knowledge of SAP SCM modules such as MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and related areas.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes in manufacturing environments.

- Experience in requirements gathering, system configuration, and stakeholder engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and support S/4HANA migration and implementation projects for SAP SCM.

- Analyze and translate business requirements into SAP SCM solutions aligned with manufacturing processes.

- Configure and support SAP SCM modules (e.g., MM, PP, APO/IBP as applicable).

- Design and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, production planning, and inventory management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integration and deployment.

- Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and user training.

- Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and resolve functional issues.

- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure solutions align with best practices and business objectives within manufacturing environments.
