Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
Drive SAP Growthand RISE with SAPsales, ensuring market penetration and revenue expansion.
Develop and execute country-specific go-to-market strategiesfor SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Digital Supply Chain, and SAP Manufacturing solutions.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of SAP cloud and subscription-based dealsin the Life Sciences and Manufacturingsectors.
Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets through software licensing, cloud services, and managed services sales.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles for RISE/Growth with SAP, ensuring successful deal structuring, contract negotiation, and closure.
Client & Industry Engagement
Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business decision-makersin pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and manufacturing.
Promote the value of RISE/Growth with SAP's cloud-based transformation, addressing key pain points such as operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and digital supply chain optimization.
Conduct executive-level value proposition presentations, workshops, and business case demonstrations.
Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with customer cloud migration strategies and business transformation goals.
Sales Strategy & Market Development
Develop a country-wide sales strategyfor SAP Growth and RISE with SAP, aligned with regional and global objectives.
Identify emerging cloud adoption trends in Life Sciences and Manufacturing, tailoring sales approaches accordingly.
Build and expand strategic channel partnershipsto increase SAP's market presence in Malaysia.
Drive participation in industry events, trade shows, and thought leadership activitiesto position SAP as a preferred cloud ERP provider.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Work with Malaysia and regional management to drive high-value, cloud-focused sales performance.
Collaborate with SAP's pre-sales, implementation, customer success, and global account teamsto ensure seamless project execution.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with partners, resellers, and industry alliancesto strengthen SAP's ecosystem.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5+ yearsof experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record in cloud-based ERP and digital transformation solutions.
Strong expertise in selling SAP Growth solutions and RISE with SAPwithin the Life Sciences and Manufacturingsectors.
Successful experience in managing cloud migration projects and subscription-based sales models.
Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals in a competitive B2B environment.
Skills:
Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and executive relationship-buildingskills.
Deep understanding of cloud ERP, SaaS subscription models, and digital transformation trends.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze industry-specific challenges and position SAP as the ideal transformation partner.
Fluency in English (Mandarin is a strong plus).
