SAP S/4HANA Authorisation Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA Authorization Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP security, authorization troubleshooting, and Fiori access management. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP authorization tools, strong client-facing capabilities, and the ability to collaborate closely with business and project teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access management across the SAP S/4 landscape.

Top 3 Must-Have Skills:

• Strong SAP S/4 Authorization expertise (PFCG, STAUTHTRACE, SU53, SUIM, and related tools)
• Experience managing and supporting SAP Fiori security and access
• Strong client-facing experience, capable of engaging business end users and stakeholders effectively

Key Responsibilities:

Authorization Management & Issue Resolution

1. Collaborate with business and project teams to investigate and resolve SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori authorization issues.
2. Identify root causes, propose effective solutions, and ensure authorization setups support operational needs.

Security & Technical Support

1. Work closely with functional teams and business users to deliver technical expertise on SAP authorization and security setup.
2. Support design and maintenance of authorization roles, profiles, and access controls in alignment with project requirements.

Security Planning & Compliance

1. Develop, document, and maintain SAP security plans aligned with client processes, standards, and the principle of least privilege.
2. Ensure adherence to security controls, audit requirements, and governance frameworks.

User Access Management

1. Handle day-to-day user access requests, role assignments, and access reviews across SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
2. Ensure accurate provisioning, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of access-related incidents.

Requirements::

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Authorization and SAP Security.
• Strong working knowledge of tools such as PFCG, STAUTHTRACE, SU53, SUIM, and related troubleshooting utilities.
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP Fiori authorization and tile access issues.
• Strong stakeholder and business end-user communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in user access management and security documentation.
