Job Details:

 We are looking for an experienced SAP Recruiter with 4–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably with strong exposure to SAP/IT hiring.

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP and IT positions.

·      Source candidates through Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.

·      Screen profiles based on technical skills, experience, notice period, location, and salary expectations.

·      Handle hiring for SAP skills such as SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, EWM, ABAP, BTP, SuccessFactors, etc.

·      Coordinate technical interviews, client discussions, feedback, and offer processes.

·      Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

·      Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.

·      Negotiate offers and manage candidates through joining.

·      Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports.

Required Skills

·      4–5 years of experience in SAP/IT recruitment.

·      Strong understanding of SAP modules and technical terminology.

·      Excellent sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

·      Hands-on experience with Naukri, Monster and LinkedIn.

·      Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

·      Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred: Experience in IT staffing / consulting / RPO / recruitment agency environment.
