Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experiencedSAP recruiterto join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top SAP professionals across various modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, ABAP, etc.) for global projects. You will play a key role in building a strong pipeline of candidates for both permanent and contract roles, supporting our delivery teams and clients across multiple geographies.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP roles including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals
  • Understand client needs, project requirements, and candidate profiles to ensure accurate role matching
  • Coordinate with delivery/project managers to forecast hiring needs based on project pipeline
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM
  • Conduct initial technical screening and evaluate candidates experience and fit for specific SAP modules
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for various SAP domains (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, BTP, etc.)
  • Develop strategies for talent engagement, employer branding, and proactive hiring
  • Work with third-party vendors and subcontractors, when necessary, to fulfill niche or urgent roles

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum5 yearsof SAP recruitment experience in a staffing agency or internal talent acquisition team
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and the ERP hiring landscape
  • Proven ability to hire across various SAP functions (functional, technical, and techno-functional roles)
  • Experience working with global teams and hiring across APAC/ EMEA
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment CRMs, and sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
