SAP Project Manager

• Direct and manage SAP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects from inception through to conclusion.
• Define and document project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Formulate precise project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, comprising SAP functional and technical consultants, business analysts, and end users.
• Oversee project progress, proactively identify potential risks, and initiate mitigation measures as appropriate.
• Administer project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure adherence to established financial targets.
• Facilitate scheduled project meetings, disseminate status updates, and maintain robust communication with stakeholders.
• Uphold quality standards and industry best practices throughout SAP project delivery.
• Supervise user training, change management procedures, and post-implementation support activities.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project performance to organisational leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
• Demonstrated experience in the management of SAP projects (including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, or comparable systems).
• Possession of a recognised project management certification (such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP modules and integration mechanisms.
• Exemplary leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Proven ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience operating within multicultural and geographically dispersed teams is advantageous.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
