SAP PP Consultant

1. Project Scope

RRS Asia is a subsidiary of Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG (RRPS) and a regional hub, Its IT

function provides SAP implementation services within the group. In this capacity, Rolls Royce

Power Systems (RRPS) IT is looking for candidates to fulfill the role of providing functional

consulting specializing in Production and Operations for hybrid SAP ERP landscape covering

ECC, S/4HANA Private Cloud, and S/4HANA Public Cloud. This role belongs to Level 3 support

or Expert mode support within the RRPS support organization.

2. Functional Scope

Working within a team of internal and external ecosystem partners of RRPS, the role is part

of the team who ensures the up time, stability and growth of RRPS hybrid SAP ERP landscape

covering ECC, S/4HANA Private Cloud, and S/4HANA Public Cloud (herein termed Product).

The Product integrates with other SAP and non-SAP systems within the RRPS IT ecosystem.

This role reports functionally into the IT Service Owner for SAP Operations and SAP

Engineering.

3.Requirment:
Minimum 3 years experience in SAP ECC or S/4 HANA full implementations

(preferably with Template rollouts) as a functional consultant or workstream lead.

SAP ERP knowledge/skills in: Production Planning (PP module) in Discrete automotive

industry.

. Good understanding of Production execution, interface with other SAP systems or

any other Engineering master systems, shopfloor control systems.

. General understanding in other SAP modules integration to PP required,e.g., SD,

MM, FICO.

. Proven proficiency in SAP interface/integration techniques of: API, IDOCS, EDI.

. Proven template rollout and support experience.

. Functional experience in multiple spectrums of Production & Operations beneficial.

. Able to work independently but remain a team player.

. Sound interpersonal and communication skills.

. Good command of English in spoken and writing.

. SAP ECC Fiori applications (custom / standard) configuration knowledge will be a plus.

. S/4 Hana ERP Public Cloud experience will be a plus.

4. Role and Responsibilities

. Selective Level 3 Help desk support to users

. SAP Release upgrades

. Any other Ad hoc assignments contributing to the development of the Product
