Job Title: SAP PP Consultant

Functional Scope

Working within a team of internal and external ecosystem partners of the organization, this role is part of the team responsible for ensuring the uptime, stability, and growth of the company's hybrid SAP ERP landscape covering ECC, S/4HANA Private Cloud, and S/4HANA Public Cloud (herein referred to as the Product). The Product integrates with other SAP and non-SAP systems within the company's IT ecosystem. This role reports functionally to the IT Service Owner SAP Operations and SAP Engineering.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Product features development
• Selective Level 3 help desk support to users
• SAP release upgrades
• Any other ad hoc assignments contributing to the development of the product

Expected Deliverables

• Analysis and evaluation of features within designated scope and providing recommendations
• End-to-end completion of assigned IT demands or projects, from epic to final handover to Application Managed Support (AMS), in line with the company's project management guidelines
• Troubleshooting and resolution of helpdesk tickets escalated to Level 3 (expert mode) support
• Regular maintenance of training and knowledge documentation for handover to Application Managed Support

Knowledge Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA full implementations (preferably with template rollouts) as a functional consultant or workstream lead
• SAP ERP expertise in Quality Management and Plant Maintenance (primary skills) and Production Planning (secondary skills) within the discrete automotive industry
• Strong understanding of production execution and interfaces with other SAP systems, engineering master systems, and shopfloor control systems
• General understanding of SAP module integrations with PP (e.g., SD, MM, FICO)
• Proven proficiency in SAP integration techniques such as API, IDOCs, and EDI
• Proven template rollout and support experience
• Functional experience across multiple production and operations domains
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• SAP ECC Fiori applications (custom/standard) configuration knowledge is a plus
• S/4HANA ERP Public Cloud experience is a plus
