SAP Order-to-Cash S/4HANA Transformation Lead, Biotechnology

As they embark on a massive digital evolution, we are looking for a strategic APAC Order-to-Cash (OTC) Lead to spearhead the regional transition to SAP S/4HANA. You will lead the charge in architecting a regional legacy by aligning complex APAC business requirements with a global S/4HANA blueprint. Working at the intersection of technology and commerce, you will partner closely with high-performing commercial teams to translate sales strategies into seamless, automated Order-to-Cash workflows. You will bring your experience of...
mastery of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash O2C lifecycle, from the initial customer order through to final financial reconciliation. Having been in the trenches of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA migration, you possess specific expertise in process alignment, gap analysis, and user acceptance within the OTC workstream. Your background in regional and global setups means you know matrixed organizations, comfortable managing the nuances of diverse APAC markets while staying perfectly aligned with a global corporate vision.
Beyond your technical acumen, you speak the language of sales and operations fluently, allowing you to gain vital buy-in from stakeholders who rely on these systems to hit their targets.
