Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP MRO Engineering Leadto drive solution design and implementation for Maintenance, Repair, andOverhaul (MRO) processes within asset-intensive industries. The ideal candidatewill have extensive SAP S/4HANA experience, strong leadership capabilities, anda proven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP solutions in highlyregulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solutioning and design for end-to-end MRO business processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements using design thinking methodologies.
- Prepare functional specifications, process design documents, and test scripts for SIT, RT, and UAT phases.
- Work closely with technical teams to define architecture and build RICEFW objects, leveraging modern SAP technologies such as Event Mesh, CDS Views, APIs, and Flexible Workflows.
- Design and build scalable, robust, and maintainable SAP EAM/MRO solutions, including integration with modules such as PM, QM, PS, DMS, and A&D industry solutions.
- Implement optimal data ingestion and storage strategies in collaboration with Data and Engineering teams.
- Drive SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including process redesign, optimization, and automation.
- Ensure secure and efficient data access for analysis while balancing compliance requirements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend best-in-class SAP technologies and practices.
- Lead and mentor project teams throughout the solution lifecycle, from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of SAPimplementation experience, with at least 2 full lifecycle projects in SAP EAM/MRO.
Expertise:
- Extensive SAP implementation experience within Asset Management and cross-modular integration (PM/QM/PS/DMS/A&D industry solutions).
- Strong Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) experience in asset-intensive industries.
- Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Experience implementing SAP solutions for asset maintenance in highly regulated environments.
- Knowledge of SAP iMRO solutions and FIORI/UI5 application development.
- Familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, CPI, middleware like Tibco).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end project delivery.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
